2. Object of the Contract

These conditions govern the online sale of cosmetics and related products through the onsemiro website. By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these general conditions of sale.

3. Product Information and Prices

  • All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT .

  • Product images and descriptions are provided with utmost accuracy, however slight differences from the actual product may occur.

  • onsemiro reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions in product information and to cancel orders in the event of obvious errors in pricing or descriptions.

4. Order Procedure and Contract Conclusion

  • The customer selects the desired products, adds them to the cart and proceeds to payment.

  • After payment confirmation, onsemiro sends an order confirmation email.

  • The contract is considered concluded at the time of sending the order confirmation by onsemiro .

5. Payment Methods

onsemiro accepts the following payment methods:

6. Customer Account

  • The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and the security of the login credentials.

7. Shipping

  • Delivery area : All of Italy, including the islands.

  • Delivery time : 48–72 working hours.

  • Shipping costs : €4.99 free shipping for orders over €49 .

  • During promotional periods or extraordinary events, deliveries may be delayed. In such cases, the customer will be promptly informed.

8. Right of Withdrawal

  • The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without having to provide reasons.

  • Products must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging .

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • To make an exchange, you must return the product and place a new order.

9. Defective or Incorrect Products

  • In the event of defective or non-compliant products, the customer can request a return or replacement within 30 days of receipt.

  • In such cases, Onsaemiro will cover the shipping costs for the return and any new delivery.

10. Conditions for Returns and Replacements

Returns or exchanges are not possible in the following cases:

  • If the product has been damaged due to causes attributable to the customer.

  • If the packaging has been opened or damaged, compromising the value of the product.

  • If the product has been used or partially consumed.

  • If the value of the product has decreased significantly due to the passage of time.

11. Discount Codes and Promotions

  • Discount codes and promotions are valid only within the indicated period and cannot be combined .

  • In case of return, the discount code amount will not be refunded.

13. Force Majeure

onsemiro will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes or other events beyond our control.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Italian law . Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Milan .
