RETURNS AND REFUNDS
📦Return and replacement conditions
- You can return or exchange the product within 14 days of receiving it.
However, if the packaging has been opened or damaged, compromising the value of the product, it will not be possible to proceed with the return or exchange . - In case of product defects , you can request a return or replacement within 30 days from the date of receipt.
📦Conditions in which returns and replacements are not possible
- If the product has been lost or damaged due to causes attributable to the customer.
- If the packaging has been opened or damaged , compromising the value of the product.
- If a tester sample is provided, you can use it freely. However, if the main product has been opened or used , it will not be possible to return or obtain a refund.
- If the value of the product has decreased significantly due to the passage of time , making it difficult to resell.

📦Note
- In the event of a return or exchange due to a change of mind on the part of the customer, the return shipping costs and the new shipment will be borne by the customer.
- To exchange the product for another, you must make a return and then proceed with a new order .
